YOGA SYLLABUS
250h diploma program (instructor level):
Through the previously introduced philosophical path the states of mind are differentiated. The passage from the mind in Prakriti move, according to the law of the Guna, from the Vritti to the mind 'Yukta', that is in the state of Yoga, is enunciated and applied. The texts that give the guidelines of the path are the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Vishuddi Magga of Buddagosha
Learning objectives
The meditative state pursued is twofold: that of Samadhi (through the techniques proper to Raja Yoga, beyond Prayahara) and the Vipassana state.
- Through the study of Raja Yoga (Patanjali Yoga Sutra), students will identify the condition of the 'vrittica' mind in Prakriti. By applying the appropriate meditative supports, students will gradually approach the experience of the states of Samadhi.
- Through the study of Buddhist meditation, applying the appropriate meditative supports, students will experience Vipassana meditation.
The 250h program is our start, in which the topics listed below are addressed for the first time sufficiently at the 'instructor' training level. The 500h program is the deepening and expansion of these theoretical and practical issues to a higher level and allows access to the 500h 'teacher' level. Other is the 'training career' program which follows the first two steps and has its own subjects and practices (see below 'TRAINER CAREER PROGRAM')
